Great apartment and very suitable for a couple or singles. Facilities all worked and the place was very clean. Its location suited my purposes and it was easy for Uber pick up and drop offs. I did not use the Wifi or TV so unsure how they worked.
As the hosts mentioned, the air-conditioning is old and was not very efficient. Luckily the weather was not too hot (30C) and the north and west windows had good coverings to block out the sun.

Great little studio apartment within the Park Regis Hote complexl..Self contained with everything one needs.
The first night I could not find the secure mail box containing the studio keys. No staff or phone contact to assist.
