Location, most of the facilities
Not enough towels, no face washers. Directions for pool and rubbish area were confusing. Having to pick the key up from another location with heavy suitcases

The room upon arrival wasn't cleaned as they messed up on the dates for the cleaning lady to clean out the room. There were dirty towels on the floor and bathroom. They moved us to a different room for one night but had to change back to our original room the following day after it was cleaned, which impacted our plans for the day since we were not there for many days. Don't know if this happens much but we were disappointed and frustrated when this happened. Besides that, everything else was fine.
