Boundless Horizons - Stylish Comfort & City Views

The location was great, the facilities were clean and functional and the space was reflective of the online photos.

As we checked in on Sunday we struggled to find the pool which was one of the main reasons we chose this accomodation. There were no signs directing us to the pool, was no information booklet to highlight this and no staff to ask. I messaged through the booking.com app to request this information and received a generic response email which did not answer my question. I had to ask a local resident for this information. There was also dirty underwear and a shirt in the laundry cupboard and someone's hoodie on the patio area. I was asked to share photos of the key being returned to the lock box in the PO box at the property through booking.com messaging section however there was no option to share photos. I texted this information to a contact I received through the booking.com app to contact "in case of emergencies." No response was received confirming that the photos had been received and given that the message i received states that if the photos are not provided and the keys "go missing," I will be held liable. I enjoyed the stay and the apartment however these things made the trip stressful and frustrating, which isn't what you want on a holiday.

Very nice hosts were very helpful with any questions we had.
