Collecting the keys was difficult. About 800 m away, there were extensive roadworks so it was hard to reach the random fence where lock boxes were attached. Ground level, late at night. Not easy. We had a taxi booked 5.30 the next morning, so I needed to set off soon after 5.00 to be back in time for the taxi.

Fabulous apartment, location perfect, as my husband was speaking at a conference at convention centre. A 5 minute walk! Southbank a lovely area, handy to Citycat restaurants pubs galleries & museums.

It was so bad and I ended up my bag stolen!
Information too late. Should of been much earlier and it would have been so much easier

Location
Advertised as a hotel type accommodation when it was AirBnB type. Poorly equiped. No desk as advertised. Key pick-up was difficult. No water. Furniture was broken. Bed was terrible. No linen or towel change in 8 days.
