Location is fantastic. Bed and pillows is comfy. Clean Loved the mentos bowl. Was a great treat Enough items to wash and dry kitchen

Overall, our stay was good, but there are a few things that could be improved. It would have been nice if the milk had been placed in the fridge so it was cold on arrival. The biggest issue was the key collection and return process through IGA. Unfortunately, it wasn't very convenient. Street parking was full, so I had to pay $10 for parking just to collect and keys.- same to return but I also never received the checkout email before leaving, and I couldn't find any checkout instructions in the information booklet provided in email. I wasn't sure whether to leave the keys in the room or return them to IGA. As the keys were needed to access the car park and get my car out, leaving them in the room wasn't really an option. After I had already left the keys in the after-hours box on way out to drop to iga, I finally received the checkout email, only to discover I had returned them to the wrong place. I was then charged $100 to have the keys retrieved, which I felt was excessive. I've stayed in many holiday accommodations, and there are much simpler systems. A lockbox near the mailbox area or by the entrance would make check-in and checkout much easier. Having laminated checkout instructions in the unit, as well as including them in a guest information booklet, would also help prevent this kind of confusion. I completely understand that it's inconvenient for the owner to have to drive 45 minutes to collect misplaced keys, and I accepted responsibility for the mistake and paid the fee without complaint. However, after the keys were left, the communication became quite disappointing. Until then, communication had been excellent. I didn't feel the comments about having to drive 45 minutes were necessary, as I already felt genuinely bad about the situation. A little understanding would have been appreciated, especially given the lack of clear checkout instructions.

I wonder if a throw or blanket would be possible for the lounge room .. Sat afternoon rest I got a bit chilly and went looking for a blanket .. used a spare towel I found ?? Just an idea and more hooks please in the bathroom ..

Lovely apartment in a great location. Not far from anything. Facilities like the pool, gym and free parking were also a great extra. Thanks🙂

Larger blind in the bedroom could’ve been blackout but that’s personal preference.

After hours check in was terrible, key location was off site down a dark street attached to the bottom of a fence. And had to be put back there at check out.
