Elegant and Cozy Top Floor 1BD Apartment at South Bank

Comfortable. Clean. Nice views. Good location, easy access to public transport to city. Plenty of food choices. Feel safe with the security system.

Construction site starts early. If not in the apartment during the day, is fine.

Excellent location, easy walking distance to South Bank and the city centre. Great leasure facilities, well equipped gym, lap pool and jacuzzi also BBQ's. Lovely apartment with views of the river.

Some early construction noise but unavoidable atm.

Location for our outing was perfect. Within walking distance of QPAC and good restaurants also within Cooee except we didn't book. View of city scape amazing. Lights at night dazzling. Met all our needs. Communication was ok. Fortunate to have a pH number.

Check in and checkout was a nightmare and stressful. Lockbox on the other side of the road. Luckily we encountered a good Samaritan who assisted us to our car park using his sensor to open the gate and then we could walk down 3 levels and across the road to the lockbox. Should have been told that there was visitor parking on level 1. Checkout required a photo of us putting the keys back in the lock box. Why? They had a $300 deposit. On entry to the appt we could only locate 1 dirty coffee mug. Also 1 dirty fry pan. Only 1 very light extra blanky. No instructions for air cond. Bed was a bit hard. For a city stay I will never book an apartment that involves a lock box again. I would want reception service.
