Central South Bank Apt w Pool, Gym & Best Location

Location was fantastic Customer service was without fault and very detailed Provisions were appropriate to the stay

Some items missing and the cupboards not especially clean though the spot would have been very difficult to clean due to what looked to be rust. Part of the dryer fell off each time of use.

Easy access to stadium where concert and was a lovely place to stay

Key lock box street was hard to park on

Certainly a pretty good location. Also like the amenities that come with the property (e.g. pool and pizza oven).

Bit of an adventure to collect keys from another building a block away with a child in a wheelchair. Instruction was clear. Would be better to have keys at same location plus an extra key supplied as for most part we were separated for medical appointments, but all had to go out and come back together to share one key.

Needed to cancel booking due to extenuating circumstances 5 days before arrival but despite many attempts our request was refused and even booking.com went over and above to try and help us but the owner still refused we would have had to pay $998 fee. The owner wouldn't even attempt to try and help even with plenty of notice. Thanks to booking.com though for their compassion and empathy at the time. Would have been nice to enjoy complimentary cup tea on arrival but jar was empty. Wasn't very clean when we arrived. Mould bathroom in shower. Still shampoo dripping on shower glass. Outside table & floor not cleaned. Just a few missed bits. Maybe cleaners were rushed this day. Pleasant enough stay.
