Elegant Urban Hideaway - Private Luxury Residential Apartment, walk to South Bank & Free Carpark

Loved the location, the room is great and the bed so comfy - and the communication is also wonderful - absolutely no complaints

Clean & comfortable apartment for 4 people. Great central location within walking distance to the CBD, West End, Southbank & surrounds.

Some minor issues with bathroom lights - needs maintenance.

In general was fit for purpose

Not so much didn’t like but FYI few lights flicker more so the one in bathroom. The tv didn’t have reception but internet worked on it. The main door to the balcony has a broken handle and the door leading to the bathroom was jammed on arrival. The shower didn’t look cleaned properly and was marks on the floor that I wiped up. All in all was good just think this is some points to change. Also should be clear instructions about parking so you can go to the Visitor section to pick up key from IGA and also about where to use the card to open garage etc with an image to help locate. Thank you for the stay

Good location & roof top pool

Excess mould on shower tiles which simply wiped off on your fingers when touched. Excess dirt etc on bathroom floor corners, simply needs a vacuum & clean. Broken door latch out to balcony. Bathroom sink tap lever comes off. Sliding door from bathroom to bedroom needs fixing as doesn’t close.
