Artist retreat with HUGE entertaining balcony

Great location! The owner was very attentive, making sure we got to the accommodation correctly. Bed was very comfortable. Had all the homely amenities you would need. Large comfortable couch.

Living space aircon barely worked at all, main bedroom aircon helped but still wasn’t cool enough at times. It is very unfortunate for the owner, but there was loud construction noise, and it is positioned across from a homeless shelter which meant there were some individuals nearby with anti social behaviours (though these things are normal for Brisbane I guess). No lobby/street entrance (food deliveries were a pain). Small cockroaches(?) in kitchen. We were unable to find the bins or the visitor car park on Manning street. Questionable artwork of sexual nature (nudity, bondage, etc.)

The large balcony space with modern furnishings. The location close to the CBD and South Bank Parklands.

No fan or air conditioning in bedroom 2 and 1 key only.

It was as described.

Position. Across the road from morning homeless type people. Argue and yell early in morning.
