The location of this Flat is very good and in particular only a 5 minute walk from South Brisbane Railway Station. Also very close to the river and the South Bank. The flat is light and spacious for up to 4 people, with 2 bathrooms and furnished in a modern style. There are 2 outside areas - a balcony and a larger terrace. The keys are easily obtained from a locked safe on site. George the owner was very helpful and attentive.
We did have an issue with the cleanliness of bedding but George got this rectified very quickly.

It was in a fantastic location, easy to get to the city and explore South bank. The property was clean and all that was necessary for a comfortable stay. It was great to have a parking spot and the host was very helpful with any queries we had.

The unit is outdated. The lift didn’t work and it certainly isn’t worth 700+ per night. Lights on the verandah were not working and the Telstra box and wires were exposed which is unsafe for children.
