Amazing view, great location, handy to everything. Host responded quickly to queries. Comfortable bed. Clean and tidy. Kitchen had salt/ pepper/oil etc which was appreciated.

As others have said, check in including uploading ID and then finding lock box was a bit of a pain. A few minor improvements would bring the property from really good to great - need to provide more towels (only two for two people/ 4 days). Yes, there was a washer and dryer but I would have appreciated another towel for hair. Also no bath mats were provided- this was promptly rectified though. A luggage rack and a decent ironing board would be useful- the ironing board has lost its backing so you end up ironing the metal pattern into your clothes 🤨.

Good location. Facilities mainly good. Communication prompt and good. Except for checkin process.

Checkin process hopeless. If you arrive by car as we did, you have to stop in the driveway into the car parking. Then walk across a busy street, find the locked box further up the street. Then - the directions gave a name that was suposed to be on the lock box. No boxes had the name. Finally get through to someone on the phone, who initially gave garbled instructions of how to find it. Finally gave me the correct position of the box. All the angst could've been avoided with correct detailed information and providing photos of where the locked boxes all kept and just where their locked box was. Bed was soft.

The location

The collection of key and returning I felt was rather odd having to collect on outside of a vacant building across the road. First night the complex didn’t have water for several hours. The TV didn’t have either of any channel 7 or 9. Trying to get assistance was difficult.
