Location perfect. Free on-site parking excellent. Only 10 mins walk from QPAC - our destination for the one night stay. Huge patio would have been excellent had it not been raining!
Apartment looking a little tired, but is possibly in the process of being upgraded.
Found everything we needed except a tea towel!
Felt awkward not knowing if the shared apartment was actually being shared.

The room was in sufficient order for a one night stay. The balcony and location were the highlights. The host was easy to reach and was accommodating.
The instructions on how to collect keys and access parking could have been a little clearer. The kitchen and bathroom could have used a deeper clean. The bedding could have been more comfortable. There was a lot of hanging wires, could be dangerous for young children. There was a camera in the hallway.

The apartment was older style and due for a makeover but for the lowish price paid there was going to be trade-offs. It was clean and comfortable. I loved the West End vibe and the convenience of the location. It was close to my conference and there were plenty of restaurants and supermarkets close by.
I think the sharing aspect of this property wasn't entirely clear. I thought I would be sharing with the owner not a random international traveller. Thankfully the young man was pleasant but sharing such a small place with a stranger without any security other than a bedroom door lock didn't feel entirely safe.
