Private rooms in A shared Apartment Free Parking

Location

At the beginning of booking l thought it said you get breakfast. But after booking it it said none

Chose this room with private bath then was somewhat apprehensive about the "share" with other guests and the total lack of info about the apartment as a whole. Needn't have worried. The other guest was virtually unseen, unheard and the Apartment had a lounge, kitchen with cooking facilities, TV, excellent balcony with view over the city. Good bed, hot shower. Great location with restaurants, shops nearby and a short stroll to QPAC and southbank.

The apartment was older style and due for a makeover but for the lowish price paid there was going to be trade-offs. It was clean and comfortable. I loved the West End vibe and the convenience of the location. It was close to my conference and there were plenty of restaurants and supermarkets close by.

I think the sharing aspect of this property wasn't entirely clear. I thought I would be sharing with the owner not a random international traveller. Thankfully the young man was pleasant but sharing such a small place with a stranger without any security other than a bedroom door lock didn't feel entirely safe.
