Parkside Southbank 2bed Villa

The unit was very spacious and comfortable. Although its not ultra modern it is well maintained and very clean. Its a very quite location but an easy walk into west end or south bank. The kitchen is very good and well stocked. The bed was comfortable. Good parking. We have stayed in quite a few apartments around Brisbane and this is our favorite. Highly recommended

The location is excellent. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. It was also fully equipped with all the necessary amenities. Communication between the owner / organiser was very smooth and good tho when I call the number provided was not answered

I noticed a few minor details: the lint trap in the washer-dryer was full of dust, so I had to clean it before my first use. The battery cover on the remote control was missing, and the coffee frother was also missing its lid. Additionally, the detergent pods in the laundry basket were sticky, and the basket itself was dusty and dirty. Also, due to a Greek festival during my two-day stay, I had to take a detour, which was a bit inconvenient. I understand it was just bad timing, but it would have been nice to be informed about it in advance.

Great communication from host. Beautiful and roomy villa. The spa is not a jetting but its a lovely big bath and so nice to soak in. The kitchen is great we were able to host family for a birthday dinner and it was perfect.

Excellent accommodation, great location and top support from the owner.
