Location . Amazing views

The check in and collection of keys was very confusing . There was a 20 minute walk from the location to pick up the keys . All very difficult for anyone unfamiliar with Brisbane . Found it all very stressful for the start of our weekend . Coffee machine did not work . Showers had not been cleaned .

Each room has its own bathroom. Plenty of bathroom products supplied. Bathrooms were clean. It’s on the 30th floor so the views are spectacular and uninterrupted. Spacious. The linen was crisp and the towels were plush. Pillows were plump and snuggly. 2 bedrooms beds were cosy. There was a washer and dryer. There’s a convenience store on the ground level. (But you can also have door dash/milkrun/uber deliver groceries.) I’d definitely stay here again, but I would bring cleaning products. The building is along the access way to hospitals, so sirens go 24/7, but there was a huge container of earplugs supplied.

It was dirty. The balcony had crud all over the tiles. The balcony chairs were dirty. The fan over the dining table was covered in dust. The coffee machine was broken. The dishwasher struggled to work. The front bedroom bed was harder than a concrete slab. But the pillows were perfect. Not enough lounge seating. Dining chairs aren’t comfortable for a night of chatting. A bit of stuffing around with keys. Needing the fob to get out of the carpark then having to return the keys to the room on the 30th floor.

The location was excellent

We had no water the first morning, and didn’t have hot water till late in the afternoon. The wifi also never worked for us and we had 2 kids staying which wasn’t ideal from Ireland who had no Australian coverage
