Emplacement : près de tout ! Casino, bus, shopping center du centre ville, taxi…
Pas de micro onde ! Pas de coffre dans la chambre ! Pas de balance (pour le poids les valises) à l’accueil de l’hôtel. Faire le ménage avant de partir ! (Faire la vaisselle, vider nos poubelles pour récupérer notre caution), d’habitude tout est fait par le personnel des hôtels.

Carpark was problem as no carpark for taxi to stop and get on/off.
The lady at the reception with the long hair area was not talking to me in a proper manner, when I ask is this River View Apartment. No good customer service in her, she was rude. She said no this is Residential apartment and did you have your keys with you? I said yes. The other guy told her you must talk properly to her. Maybe she thinks that I can't book into hotel like this?

Location is the key here. The apartment is basic. The bed is too hard and needs a pillow top. Not comfortable or plush. Reduced the overall experience.
The bedroom and bed. En-suite is small.
