Location and view were perfect!

Room was clean, bed was comfortable. We loved the location, it was an easy walk to South Bank and Queen St

The Check-In process was appalling for us. Booked and Fully Paid for this accommodation prior to arrival. Entry to the property was most difficult. Having to pay $300 damages bond before we could get access at 6pm was very problematic. Having to WALK 2 Blocks each way to uplift a Key ,when our initial booking had asked for reception check in , was very bad. Two 75 year olds with luggage after a day of travelling having to find a little Night Owl store and get a key was the worst Check In we have ever experienced in 50 years of International travel. The Bed was not acceptable, so low to the ground, a bit like a camping bed. The lounge suite was saggy and felt like sitting on the floor. Advertised as Brand New…well these two essential pieces of furniture were far from brand new. It may be ok for 18 -25 year olds and should be advertised as such. The property was clean enough. Shower was good. Luggage space was good. Much clearer details need to be given for where to find access to the building, many people we saw were having difficulty finding entry. Airport transfer driver said it is not easy to find. Our comments are genuine and given so the owners can improve what they are providing. Travellers want to feel satisfied not disappointed.
