Great location, beautiful apartment with a lovely view over Brisbane toward the river; just right for a short stay. Although accessing the apartment was a nightmare, the rest of the stay was really enjoyable.

Collecting the keys from a local shop was a challenge when having to deal both with parking the car near the shop and with road works partly blocking the road. It took us an hour to find the parking space allocated to the apartment. First time around the car park, we were not able to get through the gate into the Pink car park and couldn't find where we were supposed to park. We then tried accessing the instructions saved on the phone but there was no signal. After a while trying to park, we called the number provided as a help line and got AI, which was worse than useless and insulting as a means of getting help. Absolutely not impressed, and conveys the impression of remote owners not really interested in the welfare of clients. At least, once located, it was good to have parking, necessary in Brisbane.

Great Location

Falsely advertises the star casino pool area and amenities that are not accessible for this hotel. Actual pool available is small! Sheltered and undesirable, spas were not able to be used as were closed.
