Clean. Convenient.

WiFi not conducive to work. Tv - no free to air tv. No connection to aerial nor cable to search for channels. Useless. Iron - iron did not work at all. Multiple outlets tested. Ironing board - miniature board. Not useful. Responsiveness to issues - never received response to iron issue. Unhelpful.

Great location and amazing view.

Bedding and linen was quite cheap which was in contrast to the property itself.

The location is awesome, as are the views, the customer service was great, Sophie was very understanding when a member of our family fell ill and was able to assist us, which was very much appreciated. The building itself is amazing, the location couldnt be more central if you tried. We ended up staying longer in their other unit on level 44, a proper 2 bedroom, and still amazing views. This room on level 60 has its own set of lifts, only for levels 45 to 60 et cetera, a nice touch.

The Room on level 60 isnt exactly 2 bedrooms, it has a balcony that has been kind of converted to a bedroom, but it doesnt work, the angle of the bed means no furniture, nowhere for clothes to hang, the transparent doors dont close properly without having to move the bed. If you have a child this isnt an issue, but sharing with other adults and wanting a functional room, it isnt entirely appropriate. Perfect for a family though :) Remember this is a private rental. So dont expect any assistance from reception, I.e if you leave your key in the door etc. This is no reflection of the owner, more so of the unwillingness of the staff at the actual hotel to have some basic human decency and grab the card from the door that would have taken 2 minutes (lifts require card to get up).

The view and location.

There were obvious signs it hadn’t been cleaned, stains on sheets, soiled but folded towels, substantial dust, sticky residue on side tables, and both wet / uncleaned cooking items. There were missing items you’d assume were included / would have a small supply included that we needed to purchase: tv antenna cable, dishcloths, cooking utensils spatula / oven mitt, paper towel, plastic bags, milk. Internet: non functional. Spent time following given steps to rectify, still non functional = smart tv therefore also nonfunctional. Parking: organised early checkin however this did not correspond to early car park access. Instructions: instructions to exit were provided the day after our last day.
