The position and the amazing views

No flexibility for check in. Didn’t interact with anyone as key was in a lock box. Only a bath towel each. No spare or hand towels. Fridge completely bare not even a little milk. 2nd bedroom isn’t a bedroom.

Exceptional views and proximity to the city centre and the casino. The host was very attentive and contactable when I needed to reach out to find the accurate location of the car park.

Nowhere easy or close by to drop off luggage and guests. The location suggested for drop off was in no way convenient or safe, from a traffic perspective. Quite a long walk with all of your luggage from the casino drop off point, especially without the use of a luggage trolley, which included an uphill incline, when walking, especially with elderly parents. Key pick up and return, not on site and awkward to get to and park temporarily to collect and drop off keys. The parking for the unit was offsite and very difficult to find, without the need to call the host. This could have been avoided with much clearer instructions provided. No hand towel provided for the bathroom and from memory no tea towel for the kitchen. The kitchen sponge was dirty and there was opened milk left in the fridge. Not enough warm bedding options provided.

It was in a good location.

The bed sheets were dirty, our car park spot was taken and then they tried to charge me for parking but I was told it was included in the price.
