QW Riverside Luxe Apartments by Independent Host

Location was great. Access via Level 4 was convenient. Was easy to collect and return the key from a nearby EzyMart. Was great to have a spare key in the apartment. The room was clean which is extremely important to me.

Everything was perfect - the apartment, location and facilities were all excellent. The only downside.... I wish I'd stayed longer.

Couldn't fault it!

Location, clean and had everything for a short stay

Main bedroom mattress was too soft

Our only real like was the view. Our main complaint was with the bed. Not big enough, far too low for older people (needed an extra mattress or a much bigger one). Information / brochures etc were totally lacking on Brisbane sights/ tours or about how to operate various devices, amenities available in the unit. The large sliding window is a total waste of time which customers no doubt pay extra for in their rate. It should be removed. And management wise I hate how these units operate - inconvenient mucking around with offsite key boxes when the building has a heap of counter staff, lounges etc when you enter. You might save some money as a host with this system but you can forget enticing me to use it again !!

As above.
