Proximity to river, Southbank. casino and city centre
Weak wifi coverage, constant tv buffering (wifi), small double bed with poorly fastened headboard, one towel per person for 4 nights. No pool towels.

Very central and easy access to Southbank. Very clean.
No full length mirror. My bed had lights underneath it which I wasn’t aware of until they lit up in the middle of the night randomly. No blockout curtains in the bedroom which made sleeping soundly not an option. Having to pick up the key at an Ezymart and not front desk was very inconvenient during peak hour. Dropping it back I was not aware I had to quote box password again and staff at Ezymart very rude. All while double parked. Not easy and will not book through this mob again.
