Queen's Wharf Apartments

- Beautiful apartment that was spotlessly clean, modern and very well presented. - Fantastic views that made the stay even more enjoyable. - Excellent central location, with everything we needed easily accessible on foot or by a short Uber ride. - Spacious layout with plenty of room to relax, including quiet areas to retreat to after long days of shopping and sightseeing. - The bath was a real bonus. A small side table beside it for a glass of wine and glasses would make the experience even better. - The restaurants at the casino were excellent, with plenty of great options for dining, drinks and catching up with friends. - Cucina Regina was outstanding, we enjoyed it so much we went back for dinner a second time. Highly recommended!

Check-in / Room Allocation Collected the room keys from Ezy Mart as instructed and specifically asked staff to confirm they were for the correct room, they assured us they were correct. Upon arrival, the keys did not match the room number we had been allocated via SMS and the app. The keys themselves were correct, however another family had also been allocated the same room number through your booking system. We were unable to access the floor we believed we were staying on until another guest kindly let us through. After comparing booking confirmations with the other family, I called the support number and was advised we should use the room number programmed onto the keys, with staff unsure how the error had occurred. This appears to be a software/system issue and should be investigated to prevent it happening to other guests. It caused unnecessary stress and confusion at the start of our stay. Suggestions for Improvement - Provide face washers in the bathrooms. - Supply additional tea, coffee and sugar for guests staying multiple nights. - Include larger UHT milk bottles in the fridge for longer stays. Beds - I found the mattress quite firm, although my husband thought it was perfect, so this may simply come down to personal preference.

Loved the view, the amenities, how close it was to things in the city

The views. Good location

It was dirty. Floors and carpet had food crumbs and hair. Hand prints everywhere. Dirty bandaid on the balcony. Toilets weren’t clean.

The room had a lovely view and the beds were comfy

The room was not clean, we had to change the sheets on the other bed due to a big stain, the kitchen had dirt in the corner and cutlery was unclean. The collection of the keys and parking was confusing and like a puzzle to solve before we even got to the room, I was stressed on arrival to say the least.
