Great views of the New Year's fireworks display, Botanic Gardens and River. Easy access to public transport, shops, restaurants and Casino.
Parking is a challenge price wise if you need it, as is only 1 bathroom when there are 5 people.

The views were spectacular, across kangaroo point Southbank and botanical gardens, comfortable rooms however spas are still out of order, great location if you like walking
The fact we had to pay $150 each for parking we had 2 cars so $300 in parking and access to the room through the local shop down the road wasn’t ideal, for a top dollar room it isn’t appropriate and would have preferred being met at the door room also wasn’t ready at 3pm check in time
