Queens Wharf Top Floor, 2 Bedrooms, 1 Parking

The property was lovely and clean. The location was great and it was so handy to have parking included. Check in was easy. Hotel facilities are nice. View is amazing.

The room was poorly equipped and for a quality apartment building had poor quality decor. Bed was hard. Pillows and linen cheap and poor quality. Sheets didn’t even fit the bed properly. Towels were miss matched and old. Had nice champagne glasses but no wine glasses. Did not have dinner plates or bread and butter plates, only two different size bowls. Jar of Coles brand coffee, no milk, sugar or starter pack. A dirty sponge for the kitchen. Had to pull the microwave out of the cupboard and place on stove top to use. No furniture on balcony to sit and enjoy the view. Communication from the booking company was abrupt and limited. *** could be lovely, but very poorly set up. Cheap and nasty*** Have stayed in this apartment building on two previous occasions ( hosted by different host companies) and has been so lovely. Very disappointed with our stay this time.
