Citybeach on Level 31 at Queens Wharf Residences

Very neat and clean property.

Location was great. 15min walk to south bank and the streets beach pool-brilliant free man made beach, great playground and so many restaurants. Close walk the city shops. Lots of restaurants in the hotel too. Big windows for an amazing city view. Apartment was clean and comfy. Beds were very comfortable and shower was really nice.

The keys, car park and hotel were 3 seperate buildings. I would prefer not to do that again. Information about the pool being closed was very easily missed. We were disappointed to find this out after we arrived. We met many people who were unaware it was closed and we all booked through booking.com. My fault for not finding the information prior to booking but clearer communication about this vital amenity would have been appreciated. The two spas were also closed due to repairs and this was not on the website. There was an AirTag on the keys that tracked everywhere we walked and I found that incredibly creepy.

Modern, neat, tidy and clean - great location.

Offsite parking was a pain, although it was great to have parking. Check in / access instructions could have been clearer.

Amazing views of the river and balcony for drinks at night. Very modern apartment with everything you would need for your stay
