Beautiful 3 bedroom apartment in a great position with views of the river and city. Walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Contact with the host was excellent.

Pre arrival information was very detailed; although it is a bit complicated to get in for the first time we didn't struggle with the step by step instructions. The view is great and the layout of the apartment is comfortable and made our stay pleasant.

The wardrobes are empty without shelves or drawers or hangers, one room had no wardrobe or drawers at all- so we had to live out of suitcases on the floor for the whole week, The elevator was a huge issue for us and impacted our time at this location greatly. There was only one fob (required to access the elevator), so even though we were 5 adults we had to move as a group the whole week or plan around access to the apartment. The elevator sometimes took as long as ten full minutes to arrive and would arrive full without space for us to get on. Sometimes we would call the elevator and it would say it was too busy and we had to wait to even call it. It was very stressful. We got trapped on the pool level for 20 minutes where we couldn't even call the elevator as it was "busy," then once we could call it we waited nearly ten minutes for it to arrive and then it was full and we couldn't get on. Without exaggeration it took us 30 minutes to get back to the room, just standing waiting for the elevator. Our entire holiday ended up about negotiating the elevator and being on the 39th floor it wasn't like we could just opt for the stairs. Every time we got in the elevator, after waiting for ages, it stopped like 10 times on the way down to the car. It was ridiculous.
