Great place to stay , location was good . Plenty of places to eat nearby . Apartment was lovely & clean . Had everything we needed.

The check-in was a nightmare ! Instructions on how to check in were sent after our check in time . We then had to back track to another location to a key box . To know this on advance would have been so helpful.Also no mention of the return of key behind a door in the lobby . Only one fob for the elevator between 3 people .

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Views were great.

Having to pick up a key in a different location

We stayed in the 4 bedroom apartment (3.5 bedrooms). Olivia our host was wonderful and very attentive. The apartment was very clean and cosy. Beds were really comfortable. Loved the pantry to kitchen. We cooked our meals & had everything we needed.

The only issue is the lifts are every slow on the weekend mornings as there are a lot of people coming and going.

Dealing with the host was a nightmare! We had seen that some people had said the check in process was hard but that was an understatement. Collecting the key was easy, the problem was the communication before that. I had multiple messages from different texts asking me for credit card details (for a damages deposit hold) and ID pictures before they would send me the details for collecting the key. After entering my credit card details 6 times and sending pictures of my ID multiple times they said the only way to do it was to give me my credit card details over the phone or transfer them the deposit (their system didn't seem able to accept photos or credit card details and the way they overcame this was by just getting you to submit again and again and again!) I had to get on my plane to Australia not knowing if I would have accommodation when we landed. It was starting to feel a bit like a scam but I decided to risk it and give them the credit card details over the phone. I didn't hear anything back after that so had to try and track them down again to be told I needed to submit a photo of my ID again (despite someone having already said they had it). Finally they agreed to give us the details so we could enter the apartment but I'm not sure the stress of this process was worth it. Shame as the apartment is great.
