The location is convenient, easy to check in. Convenient store available within minute. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. The night view was great. Car park is included which is perfect. Easy to drop off and pick up.

The apartment was not properly cleaned. When I stepped in the apartment, the dryer was running and there were wet wiping cloths and mopping cloths inside the washing machine. I did not really want to use to washing machine anymore when I saw that. I don't think I should be the one responsible for these laundries. The towels were wet and air drying on the balcony. There was no clean towel available. There was a lot of hair in the drain of the bathroom. The floor was dusty. Left over food in the kitchen sink, bread crumbs on the kitchen table. The drawers were dirty and there were some old clothes left inside. I don't really know if they have really changed the linens, I just don't want to think about it. I messaged the agent, the agent was a bit rude in the beginning and stated that the cleaner can't be there the whole day waiting for the dryer and they have been running the business like this and have no problems at all. When I told him more about other issues, he became more polite and apologetic. He refunded me $100 for compensation. To be honest, if I have had other options, I probably won't stay here again. The building is also next to a construction site. It didn't really bother me too much as I left the place very early for work.
