Great location, access to Southbank and surrounds. Kids liked being so high in the tower with great views
We knew Spas weren’t working when we booked, but then pool had maintenance, office spaces and other amenities all had renovations and couldn’t access them. Parking - granted I didn’t read it properly, but it was so low we couldn’t fit our car in, so had to pay for another carpark nearby. Must be lower than 1.9m (that’s our fault not the hosts - just worth mentioning it’s pretty low compared to average)

Room was beautiful, StayswithSteph were accommodating and allowed an early check in. Loved the welcome gift and wish I could have stayed longer.
It was expensive for 1 night.
