Central City Apt with King Bed, Pool, Gym and Sauna

Excellent location right in the heart of the CBD area. Comfortable living area.

Second bedroom was very small. Some of the apartment was a little tired and could do with a refresh eg bathroom walls

Very Convenient location, good communication, prompt response. Good city view from 36th floor.

No onsite parking facility

The location was superb The balcony views were great Good communication from the bespoke team The amenities were good ( tea coffee washing stuff toilet rolls toiletries)

The balcony hadnt been cleaned The ironing board was broken (they replaced immediately I reported it) Previous guests undies left in the bathroom Small for 5 people with only a double bedroom which is nice with great views and a single bedroom which is a small box room. Wasn't made aware of construction going on around the hotel. The last night it was going on all through the night although the sign in the lift says it stops at 6.30 pm. The bath is very very deep and you have to climb into and out of the bath with the aid of a bar on the wall. This is no good for elderly people. There is no slip mat in the bath so it also very slippery trying to get out the bath. There are no blankets. There is no safe. Microwave frame hanging off There is no grill rack in the oven for the pan. One of the stove rings wasn't working Cannot use the reception to store your bags as it's private. We left the apartment at 5.15am & had to throw the rubbish in the street bin as the car park was locked with the bins inside it. The chute is for very small bin bags and no bottles. To take a $300 damage deposit was alot considering we encountered all these issues. Was very disappointed
