The location is great. Short walk to the ferry service and close to Queen street mall.
Loved the heated pool
No parking on-site which is a little annoying but cheap enough parking close by

The apartment was great. Wonderful location to restaurants, the Queen St, Mall, public transport and the Brisbane River. We enjoyed a swim in the heated pool.
Locating the store to collect the keys was manageable. However, the information leaflet for accessing the apartment could be more straight-forward. Unfortunately, the beds and couch were quite uncomfortable and may need updating/upgrading.

Location
The indoor poor was basically outdoor because it was open to the cold air and it was not heated. It was one of the main reasons we booked here so the kids could enjoy a winter swim so they were pretty disappointed.
The fold out bed was extremely uncomfortable and lacked sufficient bedding for it, like a sheet.
