New 2BR Apt at Queens Wharf BNE

What a beautiful and comfortable apartment. It had everything we needed. The views from the balcony were spectacular looking down throughout the complex below and the surrounding area. The absolute perfect and central location for our planned stay.

All good we didn’t have any dislike towards the property.

Location and view.

The process to collect the keys and short supply of cups, plates, cutlery etc.

Great location, clean and comfortable . Good communication with owners.

Having to pay highly for parking onsite and not being aware that parking wasn't included

The location was convenient and the apartment itself was generally suitable for our stay.

Unfortunately, several issues impacted our stay. The bed slats collapsed, making the bed unusable, and we had to sleep on the couch for 2 of our 4 nights. Although a handyman was eventually arranged, this was not until two days after the issue was reported. We also experienced a problem with the bathroom door becoming locked and had to resolve the issue ourselves. In addition, key collection was confusing and the staff member at the collection point was unhelpful and aggressive when we sought clarification on what information was required. While the apartment itself was fine, the maintenance issues and communication significantly affected our experience.
