Very responsive host. Happy to report this is a “real” listing. We stayed in summer / late July. Can get hot. No AC. Bathroom gets stuffy and hot. 5-10 min walk across river to Old Town + Saint Jean + funicular. Place Bellcour right down the street. Overall well maintained. Very quiet. Would consider staying again - but maybe fall or spring. 2nd floor of building. Need to climb some stairs.

Bien situé, spacieux et propre. Gabin a été très sympathique pour notre arrivée.
Taches d’humidités aux plafonds et odeur désagréable dans la chambre. L’appartement est très propre malgré tout.
