Amazing and beautiful stay with so much comfort.

The location is very easy to access. The property is so so comfortable and relaxing. Didn't feel like leaving atall because of how comfortable and amazing my stay was. Easy access to shops and Uber and also the bus if you may. Also very spacious.

Honestly the best place we've stayed. Simple, clean decor, no clutter. Two lovely bedrooms, bathroom was great, on a brilliant road, parking easy.

The step at the front door was tricky for me, especially on the way out.

Avoid like the plague.

Nothing. It was absolutely disgusting. The apartment was far from luxurious. It was disgusting. It has not been cleaned after the previous guests. Dirty towels dumped in the shower, bathroom dirty. The bedding was slept in, crumpled with people's hair in it. The kitchen was not clean. Food still in the fridge which was dirty and had an open packet of bacon left in there and milk, condiments etc. The kitchen bin was full and stank!! The cutlery in the drawers were filthy and the cheese grater looked like it had been used, then put back in the drawer. Absolutely disgusting. It says there is a 24 hour check in desk, yet nobody would answer my phone calls. It was 1.30am when my husband arrived with our children and dogs and so we were stranded with nowhere to go but to continue our journey after already driving 5 hours. My kids had to sleep in the car in the end and my husband and I were awake all night because of this, not ideal when you have stage 4 cancer and need to rest!!!! I am so angry as it was an awful start to our Christmas holiday away as a family.

Amazing place to stay

We really enjoyed the whole experience. Before our arrival, we were sent clear instructions on where to find the keys and where to park the car. We were also allowed to check in at 12:00 instead of the usual 15:00, which was a great bonus. I especially appreciated the complimentary chocolates. The place is equipped with everything a visitor might need in a home. There was also a variety of toiletries provided, including toothpaste, brand-new toothbrushes, and more—perfect in case a guest forgets something. I would definitely stay here again if I ever visit Nottingham, and I highly recommend it to others. Thank you again!
