The beds were so uncomfortably and very noisy. The house needs a total make over not morden at all. The sofas are old and uncomfortable to set on. I will not be returning and booking there ever again. Book at your own risk.

The property messaged the day before stating how to access the key safe, other than that - no positives.
Upon arriving at JASIG Apartments (apartments in a little strong) as it’s a 3 bed house on what can only be described as a council estate. We noticed that to get into the property there were a number of steep steps which weren’t mentioned in the description (please see photos) which was not ideal for my mother in law who has limited mobility. We followed the instructions of how to get into the property using a key safe and once arriving inside the property it is clear that the photos taken and used to advertise where taken professionally which did not match to seeing them with our own eyes. The decor was dated, dirty in some areas and really unwelcoming. The estate it was situated on, made us feel uncomfortable and unsafe, and I was hesitate about leaving my car on the street (even though it stated parking) it was luck of the draw if you could get near the property or not. We quickly decided after being inside all of 5 minutes we wouldn’t be staying here and quickly rebooked another place. It is such a shame as we were visiting for a family wedding which should have been a special time was dampened by this terrible start. The garden was inaccessible, with a broken fence and uneven grounds. I didn’t like the idea of leaving my property in a locker with no keys as was found in 1 of the bedrooms. Please do your research before booking this property - it was a 20 minute drive into the city centre. I initially didn’t complain until arriving home as I felt too uncomfortable to contact the owner - paid my money the Monday before arriving. I have since made a complaint and stated I will not be reviewing well, and I had an automated message back stating ‘I hope you enjoy your stay’ which is super unhelpful. Since this they have cancelled my stay, with the reasoning that I was a no show. This is incorrect we just didn’t stay any longer than necessary to realise the mistake we had made when booking.

Clean, well equipped, close to city centre
The semi-detached house was clean, tidy, well equipped and mostly comfortable. Near to bus stops to get into Nottingham centre or a short drive.
On approaching the house we felt a little disappointed, area seems a little uncared for with rubbish up & down street, although these points are out of your control maybe getting rid of litter & broken tiles in the front garden and some simple landscaping in the front would have made all the difference to our initial impressions. As we moved to the side and back areas our view did not improve. Pile of rubbish in back garden, broken patio fence, does not feel secure. No mention of steep steps to house or steep steps to back garden. Property is definitely not suitable for families with young children. & just feels unloved and shoddy. Inside at first glance is great although there is a smell in the lounge that is possibly coming from sofa as no one has cleaned in between the cushions, and siting at either end on the 3 seater is uncomfortable as you slide towards the middle as sofa is old & has lost support. The house has very good facilities though i would have appreciated a lamp in the lounge as main light is too bright for evening relaxing and a medium sized pan, a colander & scissors in kitchen .foil empty no cling Elsewhere, letting the property down was the painting, splashes where there shouldn't be & obvious areas that have been patched in with different paint (satin/matt) & doors that are not fully painted & silicon not well done & grouting tired. Also when you buy new things eg bins, plates, take the labels off! All of these negatives are i'm sure what other people have picked up on but maybe can't be bothered to mention because they.ve left and hadn't massively affected their stay. I'm mentioning because you have a nice house which was clean but unloved. It would have added to our experience if we had stayed in a property that felt cared for and that our customer experience was of high priority. I'm choosing not to add photo's PleaseLoveYourHouseMore

Overall a good stay — the location is calm and neatly presented, with convenient access to the city centre within 20 minutes. Shops and amenities are close by, making it convenient for daily needs.
Consider adding an exhaust fan in the bathroom
The bed was noisy and creaky. The mattress was uncomfortable and not supportive.

Great value for the price
We liked the fact that this was a full sized house with a full sized garden rather than an apartment, it provided everything we required and the staff were excellent, the staff responded instantly to any questions, I found them very helpful

Fabulous property to use as a base for being in Nottingham.
Superb value for money- we needed a base whilst in Nottingham for a wedding and it was perfect. Straightforward, no frills and fitted the bill. Gerald dealt with a problem immediately and effectively, without fuss. Very much appreciated.

Dirty living spaces, kitchen and utensils. Location would have been ok if neighbours hadn’t been blasting music out and shouting/swearing all afternoon and evening.

The photos on the website were definitely enhanced. It looks newly refurbished on the photographs and it is definitely not like.
Needs touchups in every room kitchen door doesn’t close. living room window smashed after reading the reviews it’s been smashed for six months, bathroom window doesn’t close which made it very draughty, spare toilet rolls in the bathroom will wet previously and had dried looked awful we bought New to use, lots of rubbish and debris all over the garden could’ve been tidied up.

Ok for short stays as there aren’t many properties in the area that accommodate pets . Basic accommodation in town house
Easy check in process and good communication from the owner. Comfy beds and clean bedding.
The cleaning could be improved especially in the kitchen and bathroom . The garden also needs tidying -lots of rubbish and overgrowth in the back garden and cigarette buds in the front garden.Very steep steps to access the property and only street parking . No bed chest cabinets , dressing table or mirror in any of the bedrooms.
