The place was very clean and had such cute decor. We had a lovely BBQ and enjoyed the views from the terrace. The host replied quickly to our messages and came to greet us after we arrived. The location is wonderful, a small village. From the garden you can see the river and can go down and walk by it. Windermere lake is about 30mins drive if you want to visit the lakes, and the beach is also about the same distance.

Location and view. Nice tidy apartment with all that we needed
The scaffolding outside the property which made access to the front door and terrace very difficult. The host should have warned us about this when we booked and even offered a lower price. Anyone with mobility difficulties will find accessing the property a problem
