Very relaxing in chilled holiday.

Lovely area picturesque area. Lovely quiet park. Good spacious lodge. The we enjoyed the beach at Silecroft and the walk up onto Black Comb is well worth the effort.

The reception on the TV was not always very good. BBC channels were there the only ones we could really watch. Shame site doesn't allow BBQ's but understandable. It park was located slightly further away from The Lake District National Park main areas than we thought for.

Perfect family staycation, with everything we needed nice and handy.

This was a great place to stay, it was equipped with everything we needed, especially delighted with everything there was for our little toot (a few months short of 3 years old), cot bed, high chair, plates and cutlery and toys. Very well thought out. The location is great, nice ice cream shop just a walk along the road and access to the beach. Loved there was an area outside to sit and enjoy a wine on a nice summers evening and it was nice and quiet. Couldn’t really fault the lodge at all.

Lovely, clean and welcoming little lodge. Fantastic spot too for the sun. Perfect location near the beach and amenities. Like a home from home and will definitely book to come and use this lodge again 🙂

The cabin was beautiful and clean! So comfortable and cozy! Ski bar just a little walk down the road is brilliant for food and drink. Loved the fact it had toys and boardgames for the kids which in this rainy weather we took full advantage of!

There isn't alot to do in Millom and because of the rainy weather we didn't do any watersports or made use of any of that. I am sure would be good fun if the weather was nice. .
