Great stay in a lovely flat

Great communication from the host who let us check in early and answered our questions about getting the ferry. We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely flat, feels luxurious for a good price with everything you need for a nice weekend. Located in the centre of Rothesay town and was the perfect base. Very clean

The flat is on the first floor so be mindful of a flight of stairs

We loved the central location of The Seaview Apartment, close to the ferry terminal and just across from the lovely gardens and fountain. We felt that the apartment provided everything you needed for modern day living whilst maintaining some original features like high ceilings and beautifully decorated cornices. Another favourite that deserves a mention is the old fashioned kitchen pulley, a true blast from the past 🤗

Great stay in a great location, would happily recommend!

Location was fantastic, beautiful sea views. Facilities excellent and everything worked well. Tastefully decorated. Really nice little flat. Helpful hosts with excellent communication and very responsive when the internet went down.

The only thing we didn't like was the entrance passageway and stairs. I appreciate that this is not directly within the control of the hosts but the ambience is poor, and my partner felt unsafe, especially as men often seemed to be 'hanging around' outside the takeaways and the charity shop on Argyle Street. If you can get the factor to repair the plaster and paint the walls, and try to get the outside door locked more often so strangers can't just come wandering inside the passageway, this would help a lot with the atmosphere.

Have a wonderful weekend on the Isle of Bute for the highland games.

Within walking distance of the ferry 5mins in the heart of Rothesay bus stop outside for easy access to all over the Isle of Bute.

No issue with the property Sam and Chris kept in touch and we’re extremely helpful.
