Slightly dated interior but very clean and comfortable, modern bathroom , clean bedding and very friendly staff.

The room was massive, amazing shower very powerful and a good sized bath that can fit 2 people in. Very comfortable bed
You can see the work being done on the building, the builders woke me up but that cant be helped. It was a little cold not sure what time the heating comes on

Fantastic Location along the castle grounds, which has a fantastic children’s playground, picnic area, and river to watch Tamworths wildlife. If you’re looking for a shopping experience, you’re right in the town and a 5minute walk across the historic bridge to the more modern retail park, bowling alley and Snowdome!
We didn’t have food or use the bar as we had friends to meet at various locations during our stay.
