Beautiful, quiet apartment with great views and welcoming hosts

We really loved staying here. The apartment is beautiful and very clean, with amazing views and two lovely balconies to enjoy them from. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need, and there are lots of small thoughtful touches that make the whole stay easy and comfortable. Parking is simple, and having your own entrance is a big plus. The hosts were warm and welcoming, and the area is wonderfully quiet, with great walking spots nearby like Monschau and Elsenborn. We only stayed two nights, but honestly, I could have stayed much longer. Having a washing machine makes it perfect even for a longer trip.

Warm welcome into cozy, clean, comfortable apartment.

Great host, we felt very welcome. The house was wonderfully warm when we arrived, which was extra nice considering the outside temperature had dropped below freezing. Amenities were clean and functional. Very nicely renovated apartment, more than suitable as a vacation home.

Home away from home with the kindest host!

Volker is a super host! The place was so comfortable, much bigger than it seems on the pictures. Really well stocked, cozy, clean, spacious, and just over all very comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom had everything you would need, even if you forgot something at home. Volker went above and beyond to make us welcome, researched the electric car charging situations nearby, had drinks and breakfast essentials stocked in the fridge and even brought fresh breads from the bakery in the morning as a courtesy. He is a very generous and caring host and was there to make our stay very convenient and comfortable. Thank you very much! I would highly recommend this place to stay for even longer as it really has the feeling of home away from home. I'm hoping to return in summer!

Aktiv sein und entspannen in wunderschöner Umgebung mit Verwöhncharakter

Die Lage ist perfekt, schöne Wanderwege gehen direkt vom Haus aus, in der Nähe befinden sich einige gute Restaurants. Der Ort Höfen bietet einen Aufenthalt in angenehm ruhiger Umgebung mit viel Möglichkeiten zur Freizeitgestaltung- Wandern, Radfahren, Besuch von Monschau. Wir waren begeistert. Die Wohnung hat einen besonderen Scharm, sehr schöne, bequeme und gepflegte Einrichtung, helle, großzügige Räumlichkeiten, tolle Aussicht, wir fühlten uns sehr wohl. Der hilfsbereite und freundliche Vermieter Volker hat uns zusätzlich Tipps für Unternehmungen gegeben. Vielen Dank dafür.

Tolle Ferienwohnung . sehr sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet! Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt und waren rundum begeistert. Und hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Aussicht ist toll. Een hele mooie rustige ervaring waarbij je er echt even tussenuit kan.

Een hele mooie rustige locatie met uitzicht op de natuur, ook perfect voor hikes. Makkelijk te bereiken met de auto en de gastheer Volker was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Alles was prima in orde. Een klein puntje is dat de douche soms niet consistent was in de temperatuur, waardoor de douche regelmatig van warm naar koud ging.

Heel fijn verblijf.

De vriendelijkheid van de verhuurders. Prachtig veel licht in huis. Warm welkom met allerlei producten. Mooi uitzicht en heerlijk wandelen vanuit het huisje. Mooie materialen. Echt een fijne plek.

Bed tweede slaapkamer had iets groter gekund. Maar alles was zo goed verzorgd dat dit echt geen minpunt was. Goede bedden en dons dekbed! En zeer Schoon.

Fazit: ideale Lage zum Entspannen und Wandern nebst einem Besuch in Monschau

Der freundliche Vermieter war bzgl. der Schlüsselübergabe sehr flexibel und hat ihn uns persönlich übergeben, optional wäre auch ein Schlüsseltresor vorhanden gewesen. Wir haben in der FeWo absolut nichts vermisst, wäre dies der Fall gewesen, so hätte uns der Vermieter sofort unterstützt. Der Ausblick auf die Schafweide und ins Grüne war wunderbar entspannend. Durch die Sackgassenlage ist es sehr ruhig. Wir haben alle unsere drei Wanderungen mit den Kindern von der FeWo aus gestartet. Das Auto haben wir nur für einen kurzen Einkauf im Supermarkt und Bäcker im Nachbarort benötigt.

De eigenaar was bijzonder vriendelijk. Het appartement was luxe en ruim en superschoon! Er stond zelfs een welkomspakket klaar. Het appartement was van alle gemakken voorzien.

Wir haben uns herrlich entspannen können in der Wohnung und in der Natur.

Sehr geräumige, liebevoll eingerichtete und sehr gut ausgestattete Fewo (z. B. Fön, Spül- u. Waschmaschine, Heißluftfriteuse etc.) Sie ist wunderbar ruhig gelegen mit Ausblick vom tollen Balkon auf Wiesen und Schafe :) . Absolut top und einfach zum Wohlfühlen. Wir haben schon viele Fewos gebucht, aber eigentlich noch nie einen so gastfreundlich und zuvorkommenden Vermieter erlebt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung . Alles war bis ins Detail durchdacht, blitzsauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Besonders begeistert hat uns die tolle Ausstattung.
