The property is big and spacious has a very modern bathroom and is located really close to the city center

The property itself is nice, but unfortunately, the experience was unnecessarily complicated and lacked basic hospitality. Shortly before my arrival, I was informed that I needed to pay several additional fees, including €17 for bed linens, €10 for using the comforters, and a separate cleaning fee. To make matters worse, these charges had to be paid in cash, meaning I had to go out of my way to find an ATM just to accommodate their payment requirements. Despite paying the cleaning fee, I later received a message complaining that I hadn’t taken out the trash. I find this completely unreasonable, especially when guests are already paying for cleaning services. The constant requests for additional payments made what should have been a simple overnight stay unnecessarily frustrating. This is my third time in the area for work, and there are plenty of other accommodations that offer a much more convenient and professional experience. When paying €200 per night, I expect basic amenities, transparent pricing, and a hassle-free stay, not a long list of additional charges and household responsibilities. Instead, I felt as though I was staying in someone’s private home under a strict set of rules rather than being welcomed as a paying guest. The priority seemed to be ensuring that guests left the property exactly as the owners wanted, rather than providing the level of service and convenience expected in the hospitality industry. There were other properties available at slightly higher prices, and I would gladly have paid the difference to avoid all this inconvenience. The property may be attractive, but hospitality is about much more than offering a nice space. It’s about making guests feel welcome, comfortable, and taken care of. Unfortunately, that was completely missing here. I would not recommend this property to anyone looking for a straightforward, hassle-free stay.
