I didn't like the fact that the landlord from Booking.com didn't contact me before arriving. Booking.com is very difficult to speak to anyone in person. The place was great, the people running this operation were not organized and I had to stay somewhere else the first night.
You cannot speak to anyone at Booking.com if there are issues with you bookings. Its like trying to speak to a ghost.

Great location for my needs in a safe neighborhood. The room was clean and had all the amenities that I needed. Perfect for a solo traveler.
The only complaint was during my last night, the people staying next to me were quite loud late into the night.
