appartement très confortable, moderne, très propre, lits très confortables. climatisation très bien uniquement dans la partie commune. les meubles et décoration identiques aux photos de Booking. Parking facile et conforme au prix annoncé. Balcon agréable et très bien orienté, Appartement très silencieux Emplacement parfait pour la visite du musée de la seconde guerre mondiale. WIFI et TV : très bien.

Les indications pour trouver l'appartement sont très minimalistes , le document remis est une simple copie en noir et blanc (en couleur cela serait beaucoup plus facile) ==> comme l'ensemble des clients (commentaires) nous avons un peu "galéré" pour trouver l'entrée de l'immeuble. De plus, un plan simplifié des bâtiments faciliterait la recherche à travers le "dédale" ==> perte de temps (env. 1 h). Idem pour trouver l'entrée du parking. Trop peu d'équipement (même basique) pour cuisiner (exemple : gants pour four, planche à découper, torchons de vaisselle, ....)

Absolutely stunning apartment — every little detail is thoughtfully designed, and the interior is truly on another level. On top of the beauty, the location couldn’t be better: just a 5-minute walk from the Old Town and the best nearby restaurants. If you want to experience Gdańsk to the fullest and in the highest standard, this is definitely the place to stay!

The apartment itself is beautiful, luxurious, and in an excellent location. Unfortunately, our overall experience means we cannot recommend booking through this company. During our stay, we reported two maintenance issues that should be addressed. The metal strip between the fridge and freezer is razor sharp and poses a serious safety hazard. One of us suffered a deep cut while simply closing the fridge door. We also reported that one of the bathroom doors could not be locked because the strike plate was missing from the door frame. The most disappointing part of our stay happened after checkout. We left the apartment in the same condition as we found it, yet we received a message claiming that the cleaning staff had found a broken lamp, and we were charged 700 PLN. We are honest people and would have gladly paid for any damage we had actually caused, but nothing was damaged during our stay. Despite explaining this, the charge remained. Our advice to future guests is to take photos or a video of the apartment before checking out. Although the apartment itself is outstanding, this experience means we cannot recommend booking through this company.
