Blue Mandarin Riverside Premium II Sauna & Gym

It was like staying at a high-end resort. Perfect.

There wasn’t anything that we disliked however, it would be pretty cool if there were instructions on how to use the awesome looking espresso machine that was built into the wall.

Tölles Appartemen in sehr guter Lage

The apartment itself is beautiful, luxurious, and in an excellent location. Unfortunately, our overall experience means we cannot recommend booking through this company. During our stay, we reported two maintenance issues that should be addressed. The metal strip between the fridge and freezer is razor sharp and poses a serious safety hazard. One of us suffered a deep cut while simply closing the fridge door. We also reported that one of the bathroom doors could not be locked because the strike plate was missing from the door frame. The most disappointing part of our stay happened after checkout. We left the apartment in the same condition as we found it, yet we received a message claiming that the cleaning staff had found a broken lamp, and we were charged 700 PLN. We are honest people and would have gladly paid for any damage we had actually caused, but nothing was damaged during our stay. Despite explaining this, the charge remained. Our advice to future guests is to take photos or a video of the apartment before checking out. Although the apartment itself is outstanding, this experience means we cannot recommend booking through this company.
