Size of the apartament, comfy beds, location. Great communication with the host, super helpful welcome instructions.
Staircase was just fine. Merchants Hall was in renovation, I am looking forward to return once it is finished .

The location was excellent, very light and airy.
Stairs to 3rd floor very steep and narrow, not suitable for unfit people.
The apartment ONLY had one full bathroom, plus a separate toilet (not 2 bathrooms as advertised)
The washing machine didn't work and was still not working on our departure.
