Kauris Apartament

The apartment was very spacious, easily fitted 8 people. The location is fantastic, right on one of the main pedestrian streets in the old town, we walked everywhere within a few minutes. The patio entrance is also very unique and adds a great atmosphere. Our host was very accommodating, making our stay very convenient.

The pedestrian street two of the four bedrooms face stays very busy and noisy until the early hours of the morning.

Központi elhelyezkedés, saját hely mélygarázsban. Szépen berendezett, nagy közös nappali helyiség. Kuriózum, hogy a második szinten kertek vannak.

A szálláshelyen nincs klíma. Éjszaka ablakot nyitni a sétáló utca felőli szobákban az állandó éjszakai zaj miatt nem lehet. 5 szobához csak két fürdőszoba van.

Fantastiskt bra läge, innergård till boendet vackert och fridfullt. Nära till centrum och restauranger. Stor lägenhet.

Är en lite handikappad med att gå i trappor så ligger sovrummen på andra och tredje våningen. Annars allt toppen!

I notified the landlord of some electrical maintenance issues that need to be fixed, including that the oven wasn’t working. Landlord offered to send a technician over to fix oven, if we were there to meet them. Technician was a no show. That was frustrating, but more so was fact that landlord expected us to us to wait for technician. The other issues are a non-working outlet and an outlet that separated from the wall. The landlord offered an extension cord to avoid the non-working outlet, but there was already an extension cord in the outlet that had separated from the wall. This suggests that these problems have existed for a while. Since they are electrical issues, they really should be addressed as matters of urgency.
