Trzeba wcześniej odebrać klucze aby wejść do mieszkania (choć obsługa bezproblemowa to jednak odbiór kluczy ze skrzynek bezkontaktowo jest dla mnie lepszy) Dość głośno - blisko ruchliwej ulicy, w okolicy która ciągle się buduje/remontuje Niedziałającą winda/podjazd dla niepełnosprawnych przy wejściu do budynku - dla wózka to problem - niestety trudno samemu wznieść ten wózek nawet po trzech stopniach Wąski wjazd do garażu podziemnego Aparatament widać że już swoje przeszedł, brudne listwy, spuchnięty blat w łazience, wytłuczone filiżanki, śmierdzące poduszki ozdobne, za długie firany (taki zamysł artystyczny ale wiadomo że były gotowe za długie i teraz można się o nie zabić wychodząc na balkon)
