Stan prysznica - urwane mocowanie słuchawki. Lampa w łazience ma przepaloną obudowę co grozi porażeniem i pożarem. W łazience zardzewiały kosz na śmieci i szczotka toaletowa. Plamy na kanapie w pokoju są nieakceptowalne.
