- good things : great location in old town, apartment OK for min 4 people, spacious living room and a very good pre-arrival contact with MIC.
- overrated and overpriced 3 stars hotel standard - at this rate Y can get good rooms in nearby regular hotels giving Y a 4–>5 stars experience,
- dark depressing living room - Y need to keep lights on all the time i.e. even in day time,
- the lights system in the apartment will test Your nerve system and we failed trying once to turn on the TV,
- the inner acoustics will not let Y sleep well, especially if there is a party next door till 0500 am and Y have important meetings next day,
- everything is sprayed with a scent .. to which Y need get to accustomed,
- we will not return to this place,
