Excellent, modern, well located, comfortable apartment and

Excellent standard. Superb location.

Even though we were on the 6th floor we could hear loud music late at night from a night club. Cooker hob wasn’t working and, whilst there was a back up two ring electric cooker we had to enquire about this and weren’t told of the problem at the outset.

This place will be very nice once all the other apartments are done.

Very nice place. Everything was very new. Still dust from the build settled on the flat surfaces when we arrived.

It was a complete construction site. From 6 in the morning til late in the evening there was drilling going on. Was not that relaxing during this week stay. Will be nice once it's done tho. Very gorgeous apartment.

Idéal pour visiter la vieille ville à moindre coût.

Il s'agit d'un appartement auquel on accède par un code pour le building et un code pour l'appartement, propre et rénové. Les pièces sont agréables. Le divan modulable peut servir de lit assez confortable. Le linge de lit est assez limité. Le materiel de cuisine est réduit mais suffisant. La location est excellente pour un séjour culturel.

Il n'y apas de réception. Il a fallu beaucoup chercher le bon accès au bâtiment. Même le taxi ne le trouvait pas car il s'agit d'un immeuble à appartement ordinaire avec plusieurs entrées séparées. Ce qui a été problématique pour y apporter nos bagages égarés par la compagnie aérienne.

Podgrzewana podłoga w łazience 😍, wszytko schludnie bardzo ładnie i dobry układ, zasłony zdecydowanie dają radę. Brak zastrzeżeń wszytko tak jak na zdjęciach. Polecam gorąco 😉

Mylące kostki do zmywarki położone koło zlewu mimo że nie ma zmywarki. Słaba suszarka do naczyń i brak jakiejś ścierki kuchennej, ale to już się czepiam

Idealne miejsce na pobyt w Gdańsku

Świetne apartamenty w doskonałej lokalizacji! Pobyt był bardzo udany. Apartament jest nowoczesny, czysty i bardzo dobrze wyposażony – wszystko zgodne z opisem. Lokalizacja jest idealna: blisko Starego Miasta, restauracji, kawiarni i atrakcji turystycznych, a jednocześnie spokojna okolica. Kontakt z gospodarzem był bezproblemowy, szybkie odpowiedzi i jasne instrukcje zameldowania. Czuliśmy się komfortowo i bezpiecznie. Zdecydowanie polecam ten apartament i chętnie wrócę przy kolejnej wizycie w Gdańsku.

Polecam ale dopiero jak skończą się remonty w sąsiadujących lokalach

Sam obiekt bardzo dobry, wyposażenie apartamentu super, lokalizacja bdb, podziemny płatny parking.

Remonty prowadzone w sąsiednich lokalach, bardzo głośno między około 7.30 a 16.30, permanentne wiercenie i inne odgłosy powodujące że pobyt w lokalu w tym czasie jest nieprzyjemny. W opisie rezerwacji nie ma informacji o remontach.

Wyłączający się prąd w głównym zasilaniu mieszkania. Brak dokładnego opisu lokalizacji apartamentu przy Chmielnej 110B (nawigacja wariowała, a obsługa klienta 20 min przed zamknięciem biura już nie odpierała).

Świetna lokalizacja, praktycznie w centrum starego miasta.

Lokalizacja świetna do odkrywania starego miasta, dobra baza wypadowa. Pod budkiem znajduje się parking podzmieny które trzeba rezerwować osobno i najlepiej z wyprzedzeniem.. co nie daje gwarancji miejsca parkingowego które trzeba znaleźć w labiryncie podziemnego parkingu.

Budnek nadal "ciągle w budowie", widoczny biały pył nadal na korytarzach, w dni robocze słychać odgłosy remontu, wiercenia ale nie było to uciążliwe. Opis klatki wejściowej mógłby być bardziej widoczny - możliwe że po za kończeniu prac będzie to poprawione.

Brak odbioru tv dekoder nie mógł się połączyć z internetem mimo zgłoszenia nikt nie pomógł, zimne grzejniki w całym apartamencie po interwencji dopiero ciepło zostało włączone wcześniej mieszkanie wyziębione , nigdzie nie było informacji przy rezerwacji że obok apartementu trwa budowa i budowlańcy budzili o 7 rano mocnym wierceniem i kuciem. Dwie herbatki do dyspozycji gości na cały pobyt, brak soli i pieprzu w jednorazowych opakowaniach , brak kapsułek do ekspersu. Za te pieniądze nie polecem i trochę się zawiedliśmy na tym pobycie .

Bellissimo ma molto costoso

Appartamento con uno stile urban meraviglioso. Molto pulito, confortevole, aria condizionata perfettamente funzionante. Dotato di lavatrice e asciugatrice e di una cucina molto attrezzata. Posizione incredibile.

Anche se bello è stato molto costoso. Abbiamo speso più di 700 euro per due notti.

Nettes Apartment mit Baustellen-Atmosphäre

Nettes Studio-Apartment in toller Lage.

Extrem laut ab 6 Uhr, da das Haus gerade renoviert wird. Aufgrund der Baustelle zum Teil auch sehr staubig und es wäre besser gewesen, das Apartment noch nicht zu vermieten! Die Ausstattung ist verbesserungsbedürftig. Es fehlten Vorhänge und man konnte somit nicht richtig abdunkeln - der Vermieter wollte sich darum kümmern, eine Rückmeldung gab es allerdings nicht! Ebenso gab es auch keine WC-Bürste und mehr Handtücher für unseren relativ langen Aufenthalt wären wünschenswert gewesen.

Ładny, nowy apartament. Dobra lokalizacja.

W budynku prowadzone są prace remontowe. Hałas w ciągu dnia momentami dochodzi do ponad 100dB. Apartamenty nie nadają się w tym momencie do wynajmu. Musieliśmy wyprowadzić się z apartamentu, gdyż nie dało rady znieść hałasu w ciągu dnia. Przed dokonaniem rezerwacji radzimy dopytać, czy nadal trwają prace remontowe.

Ein Traum für einen wunderbaren Stadturlaub.

Das war die schönste Unterkunft, in der wir je waren. Absolut fantastisch eingerichtet mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail. Von der Lage her kann man nicht schöner wohnen. Man kommt zur Tür raus und ist direkt am Wasser. In der Wohnung selbst ist es herrlich ruhig durch den grandiosen Blick auf den Innenhof.

Es gibt nicht Negatives.
