Perfekt 10/10 🤩

I had a wonderful stay at the apartment! Everything was perfect — the location is amazing, right in the heart of the city and close to everything we needed: restaurants, attractions, shops, and the beautiful riverside. The apartment itself was very clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we could need. It felt like a home away from home. The service was also excellent — communication was fast, friendly, and helpful from the moment we booked until check-out. I really appreciated how responsive and professional the staff was. Thank you for a lovely experience in Gdansk. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends and family!

Beautiful apartment

The location of the flat was perfect; it was on the waterfront and super close to the main town centre and Christmas Market but far enough away to escape the hustle and bustle so was nice and quiet. There was a great selection of cafes and restaurants within a 10 minute walk of the flat so we were spoilt for choice. The flat itself was beautifully fitted, with a multitude of light options for any mood, a calm and relaxing bathroom and perfect living room, kitchen and bedroom space with everything we needed provided. The balcony was a generous size, although only had a view of the Holiday Inn gym opposite, but we enjoyed it nonetheless. The hosts were easily contactable and responded to messages promptly.

We did experience a leak in the bathroom which meant we were unable to have long showers. However, when we messaged the hosts to let them know of the issue, they sent up a maintenance person first thing the next morning and did all they could to help to resolve the problem, so can't fault them. There was a washing machine provided but no tablets to use and the only ones available in shops are large packs which we didn't need, so one or two tablets provided (like with the dishwasher) would have been appreciated. More curtains to cover all windows rather than just the bedroom and half the living room would also be useful to give privacy from the building opposite, especially at when dark.

check in was self and very easy and smooth. Even you may look your room, ans there is many security doors to reach to your room. The left will not be working till you access it by your room card which is more safe

Perfect Christmas getaway

Location and apartment couldn't be improved. Perfect and very comfortable for 2 friends and e everything in walking distance.

There was a lack of instructions re WiFi and we couldnt work out how to turn the heating off. Excellent for most part as was freezing but we would have liked to turn it off of a night but no instructions.

Good

I didn’t like the view from the window. The pillow was too large it was impossible to sleep. Coffee sticks didn’t fit the coffee machine so it was impossible to drink coffee. There were no towels for legs

Nicely located but no comfort at all

The appartment is at the heart of the city, hand reCh from the main attractions, perfectly located.

Instructions to get to parking not precise, it was not clear how to get in through parking gate, and when you come to a busy street with signs prohibiting standing and realise at the last that actually you have to place your car nowhere and to get a remote from the appartment it was very inconvenient when no parking is available in the busy street to leave the car. Maybe we came in a wrong time, but all four days that we stayed there was heavy drilling above the appartment from early morning to the evening, including weekend. You simply want to get out of such place immediately! Understandably this is not a problem of the owner but you cannot simply charge 200 eur for zero comfort. Appartment has no air conditioner and not fit for families (there is only small place to place the clothes for one person thus we stayed with our suitcases open. Without air conditioning you open a window but there is noise from the street naturally because it is the very centre. Matreses in the double room very uncomfortable, soft, like for kids. Would be a nice place in perfect location if managed better, but nobody can help you with any issues that arise. For us it was clearly no comfort at all.

Fantastisk beliggenhed. Moderne og enkel indretning. Overdækket altan. Køleskab. Masser af skabsplads.

Jeg var i tvivl om vand og chokoladebarer var gratis, da der ikke var nogen skiltning på. Fandt ikke shampoo før på sidstedagen. De var “gemt” i et skab.

Apartament A3 sąsiaduje z boku z lokalem użytkowym/restauracją, gdzie od rana odbywa się chyba sprzątanie, przesuwanie mebli itp co sprawia wrażenie, że za ścianą jest remont, nie można się wyspać, dotyczy to także weekendu od 7 rano hałas… W tej klasie obiektu nie ma klimatyzacji ani żadnej wentylacji, tylko jedno okno na 3 pokoje! Brak okien w sypialniach ! Sypialnie mają za to przeszklenia do salonu, bez żadnych zasłon, co obniża komfort, włączenie jakiegokolwiek światła rozświetla całe mieszkanie. Także duszno i ciemno albo głośno i jasno! Wystarczy zamontować firany Regulacja wody w łazience (prysznic i kran) to nadal problem, można się nieźle poparzyć gdy nagle leci tylko gorąca - w komentarzach jest to od roku Ta opinia dotyczy tylko apartamentu A3, 2 sypialnie i salon, pierwsze piętro, nie wiem, jak jest w sąsiednich. Uważam, że za 5000 PLN na 3 dni to w sypialniach należą się conajmniej okna, ew klimatyzacja.

Dostaliśmy inny apartament. Apartament niezgodny ze zdjęciami przedstawionymi na Waszej stronie. Ponadto ten który nam dano mieścił się nad restauracją i sypialnia tego apartamentu graniczyła przez ścianę również z restauracją. Chałas dobiegający z restauracji towarzyszył nam do późnych godzin nocnych i budził nas o 6 rano.

Ładne położenie obiektu ale fatalna obsługa.

Zgłoszone były 2 osoby. W pokoju brakowało kompletu pościeli i kompletu ręczników dla drugiej osoby. Pierwsza noc bez pościeli i ręczników !!! Dopiero następnego dnia udało się skontaktować z właścicielem. W otrzymanej informacji dot. wejścia do budynku nie podano pełnego kodu wejścia. Podano jedynie 4 cyfrowy kod. Okazało się, że 4 cyfrowy kod nie był pełnym kodem wejścia. Aby wejść musiałam wzywać pomoc stukając w szybę. Ponadto przez cały czas pobytu nie udało się uruchomić podstawowych programów TV, co zgłaszano właścicielowi. Ogólnie jestem zawiedziona usługą.
