The apartment is well located in the 16th district of Paris. Next to Subway, RER and bus stop. There are plenty of small supermarkets and restaurants around. the two courtyard-facing bedrooms are very quiet.

I stayed in the apartment for four days and was disappointed, especially considering the price and my familiarity with other rentals in this neighborhood. The apartment felt quite worn: the walls were stained or poorly repainted, the shower was clogged, there was no place to hang towels, the hairdryer didn’t work properly, and some furniture — particularly in one bedroom — looked like it had been salvaged. There was also no dish soap, which meant we couldn’t wash the glasses we used. Overall, the space lacked warmth and decoration, making it feel unwelcoming. Given the cost, I expected a much higher level of comfort and maintenance.

Didn’t like that the noise came through the windows, and on Friday night it was practically impossible to sleep. It felt like staying right in the middle of the street, surrounded by cars, motorcycles, and sirens.

Arrivée devant le logement, après plusieurs appels non décrochés. Le propriétaire nous informe ne pas pouvoir nous accueillir. Nous nous sommes retrouvés sans logement et prendre un hôtel beaucoup plus cher. Le propriétaire n'a décroché qu'avec un autre numéro avouant ne pas avoir voulu décrocher avec le téléphone de réservation.
