Clean, spacious room, close to the main train station and city center.

Didn’t understand why the city tax got increases from 3.5 EUR per person per night to 5 EUR, the communication with the host seemed difficult. Sharing 1 bathroom among 4 rooms with around 8 individuals was difficult as well.

The location of the property is great and walkable to all the main sights. The living dining area is really nice if you have a family or larger group staying.

I turned up at midnight and followed the check in instructions. The picture in the instructions didn't match my room so I tried to get into somebody else's room. Was then helped by the person staying to find my room door wide open, dirty bedsheets and waste bin (see pic) dirty towels on the floor of the bathroom. Communication is really poor from the host. Messaged on whatsapp and no reply. Was given a clean sheet to put on bed to sleep on from the kind person in the other room. Didn't sleep well knowing the bed was dirty and being slept in. Emailed host on booking.com inly to be told i should have called. Well at 12am after a flight i just want to go to sleep. Also how long would i have had to wait? Plus the room should have been ready for me to check. The cleaners make loads of noise and are on the phone having loud conversations. To this day the host hasn't apologised or refunded me that night as compensation.
