The location is unbeatable for the price. Just a few minutes away from the Arena and within walking distance of the historic center. There is no staff on site but my room was clean and ready when I arrived.

Lovely room. Chilled water supplied and we had a balcony. Electric scooters were parked nearby so it was easy to get around. Very handy accommodation. The only thing was the air conditioning, while it did work, it didn't actually chill the room - so it was a-bit hot for us as we’re not used to 30 degrees heat! Another point worth noting is there was no fridge. Altogether, we had a great time on our trip and enjoyed the accommodation 💫

The electricity totally cut out at around 9pm my second night here and was not resolved by the time i left the following morning at 10am. there is no reception at this hotel and it operates through self-check-in procedures. Incredibly frustrating that when contacting me to request i pay the city tax the hotel admin are accessible on whatsapp, but when i need to contact them to ask for the literal electricity to be fixed they are totally unresponsive!

Getting into the rooms was smooth and easy due to the communication before my arrival (there is no on site staff but the team texts you right away if you need anything!). The room itself was great for the price and expectation. And the area around the hotel was perfect: lovely cafe downstairs, bars and restaurants close by, but very quiet section of Verona after hours. The only issue was that my air conditioner leaked a lot of water one night after it rained, causing a loud dripping noise for one whole night. Don’t store anything valuable under the air conditioner (on the desk where the TV is) just in case it rains! My laptop would have been drenched if I hadn’t woken up to move it! Otherwise, if you’re traveling on a budget (and solo like me) this is a great choice that is walking distance to everything!

DO NOT stay here. I booked a single room and ‘upgraded’ to one with an ensuite. I can honestly say this is the worst place I have stayed in. The room was extremely shabby and grubby, there was a huge boiler in the room with exposed piping. The bed was similar to a camp bed and felt like it was going to collapse when I sat on it. The ensuite was a shower, toilet and wash basin in the corner of the room. The toilet was directly in front of the basin so it was virtually inaccessible, the toilet was dirty and the seat was not fixed, the shower was mouldy and the door was hanging off and water leaked onto the floor. The room was in a state of disrepair and grubby. There was no kettle, flat screen tv or desk, as advertised. The air conditioning unit did not work and neither did the electric shutters. The toilet and shower were directly in front of the door to the balcony (dirty with cigarette butts and an old broken chair) and although there was a curtain it was grubby and very ill fitting so it did not feel particularly private. The balcony ran the length of the side of the building so in theory other people could walk along it. As a single female I did not feel particularly safe. There was no one to speak to and I completed a review of check in to give ‘feedback’ as to how my stay could be improved but I’m not sure it was read. I am in Verona to visit my mother who is in hospital after being taken ill on holiday and wanted something basic and reasonably priced, it was dreadful.

This was an ok stay but i would not stay again. It was nosey as i could hear the other residents enter and exit they're rooms. The key is old and was difficult to lock and unlock the door to my room, which felt unsafe at times as the "motion light" in hallway was not great. A light didnt work in my room and the tv remote didnt work either. Nice thing is the free water by the entrance and one of the 2 bathrooms shared between 7 rooms. The area was decent and felt safe at night.

I enjoyednmy visit very much. I arrived at the hotel late in the evening. However, I was sent clear instructions of how to enter the hotel. Everything was very releaxed but felt very trusting. I was visiting the Marmomac Stone Show. So the Hotel was in a good postion to reach Piazza Bra and was locates next to a bis stop for the show. Very conveniently located.

We stayed for three nights, never the room was cleaned and towels replaced, the shutters on the only window with balcony was stuck so we couldn't open the window and balcony and had to switch the lights on even during daytime. Water dispenser never had water,empty water bottles laying around.

Good property walking distance from the city center walks. Clean and even with the shared bathrooms seemed private. Easy self check in. The hall way was a little narrow and cluttered. The windows are facing another building. Worst thing is that the cleaning is done at 9:00AM and if you are on vacation be prepared for what sounds like a construction site. I know check out is at 10:00, I got a much needed check out extension at 11:00 but this was ridiculous. You can not sleep. My suggestion is to move your cleaning to 11:00 and check out 12:00. This way tenants staying in your apartments get a good mornings sleep. If you go to the opera at the Arena di Verona it lets out at around 1:00am….

One of the best hotel in Verona ltaly, everything you can ever wish for. Close to the Arena, tourists center, train station, restaurants etc. The air conditioning is very good. I will definitely choose the hotel again when I am in Verona ltaly. Thank you.

This property was excellent. The young men who took care of me was excellent also. His name was Ali. He spoke excellent English. He was very nice and friendly. He also help me with any question that I had regarding staying at this Hotel/B & B or about what to do in Verona. He kept the place immaculate! I was very, very comfortable with the accommodations. It was about a nine minute walk to the center of Verona/Arena. I can’t wait to come back and stay again. Ali was the best thing about this place. Besides, the property was very very comfortable and clean. I would recommend it to anyone. I can’t wait to come back and stay here the next time I visit Verona, Italia. 🇮🇹 🇮🇹 ❤️ 👌,

We did not get the room we had booked in the picture. A/C broke and we finally got the room that was in the pictures. This place is not secure as the front door key is left in the mail box! There are no staff on site after hours but they will still charge you for a late check in! Community bathroom so beware!!! The hot water if you are lucky enough to get any will not last for a shower!

I really wanted to give this place an excellent review because on balance it deserves it: the location was excellent, the staff fantastic and the condition great. Except... no hot water. We had two rooms (oh, bathrooms are shared here:seven rooms, two bathrooms; you need to be cool with that if you intend to stay here, we were, until...) and neither of the bathrooms we had ran warm water. Not even tepid. Not even cold. Freezing. When we got there, the staff member said there was a trick to getting one shower warm, but the other was okay. Here’s the thing, there shouldn’t be a trick. Not in the twenty-first century in a first world country when you’re paying good money. Things should just work. They didn’t. Two bathrooms, three guests, three freezing cold showers. But let’s not dwell on the negative. Dreaming is a great option for Verona. Good location, short walks everywhere including station and historic centre. Great eating all around it, including one of the best pastry shops we struck in Italy on the bottom level of the same building and a vegan burger joint directly across the street. Looks like it was a converted apartment, nicely furnished and decorated, safe and quiet and comfortable. The staff member who met us there was fantastic. Don’t be put off by shared bathrooms, that worked better than we thought it would. I recommend it... if they sort out the cold shower business.
